As the entry level to the barrier range of screens 7mm Diamond Riveted screens are an ideal choice for those who feel a visual deterrent is adequate for their circumstances. Manufactured using heavy duty extruded aluminium frames, solid aluminium corner stakes the heavy duty 7mm diamond grille is Riveted to the frame using stainless steel rivets making this an ideal choice for low risk situations.
One step up from the riveted range, the Krimped doors and screens are manufactured using an extruded aluminium frame that is 33% deeper than riveted frames. Again solid aluminium corner stakes are used however instead of the 7mm diamond grille being held into place by rivets a "Krimping" machine presses and deforms the frame around the grille providing a vice like grip. Also ideal for situations not considered of high risk.
Looking just like the 7mm Diamond products the HD10 Welded range of Doors and screens is so named as tests have proven it to be up to 10 times stronger than most 7mm diamond products. Manufactured from extra heavy duty extruded aluminium frame the 7mm diamond grille is robotically welded to the frame. Double welds in the corners and then welded at every third contact point makes the HD10 Welded ranges of doors and screens appropriate choice for anyone wanting a visual deterrent strong enough to keep out all but the most determined intruder.
HD20 Welded - 20 times stronger than regular diamond grille the HD20 range is double welded in the corners and then welded at every second contact point.
HD40 Welded - 40 times stronger than regular diamond grille the HD40 range is the only fully welded security product available in Australia. Welded at every contact point.
Colonial Castings barrier screen doors offer a decorative alternative to traditional diamond or grille type screens. Door inserts are gravety die cast in 100% recyclable aluminium so corrosion will not be a problem, and the frames are constructed from heavy duty extruded aluminium. For extra strength the Colonial Casting doors can be incorporated into the Secureview security door giving you the added strength that only Secureview can provide.

If all you require is insect screening our range is manufactured using extruded aluminium frames and fiberglass mesh as standard. Of course if you wish options including aluminium mesh or even "Paw Proof" mesh for extra tough applications are also available.

Although in most situations the 7mm Diamond Riveted, 7mm Diamond Krimped and the HD10 Welded products pass the Australian Standards AS5039-03 and AS4040-03, Barrier Home Security & Blinds offers no claim or warranty to this effect on these products. The HD20 Welded, HD40 Welded and the Secureview range of security products have been tested to pass AS5039-03. and AS5040-03. In determining weather any product would pass AS5040-03 Barrier Home Security & Blinds would need to first inspect the installation site.
